Longevity Stretching is actually a Yang Qigong – A Life Sustaining Way of The Heart, consists of four exercises based around the use of a long light stick. Each exercise consists of four movements, giving 16 movements in all.

The virtue of these 16 movements is to prevent and cure illness in a wonderful way. After 6 weeks of practicing everyday you will sense visible results. Your digestion and sleep should be more regularly, your skin clearer, your body strengthened, your mind calmer and more peaceful. Each exercise has the virtue of curing and preventing particular ailments. These will be mentioned individually.
