Jan offers this qigong movement and meditation class at 6:30 p.m. Pacific time both live at Old Town Yoga Temecula (in the studio) and online (via Zoom.us) from anywhere you are.

We typically do a warmup and 5 qigong movements for healing and increased energy, followed by a guided meditation. The practice is approximately half and half movements and meditation.

The 5 movements are from the Spring Forest 5 elements healing, interspersed with other movements for variety. The 5 elements involve the 5 Chinese elements/5 organ systems of the body/5 emotions/5 seasons/5 colors. Jan explains what each movement is doing for you while we practice.

To join the online or live class, email jan at perfectinnerpeace dot com for details. You will receive the address and fee information for the live class and instructions for what to bring. You can pay at the door with cash or credit.

For the online class you will receive that week’s unique link to join plus instructions. The first 2 online classes are free.

Know that this class is offered in other places…if there are no or few sign-ups on this Meetup, you won’t be the only one! We have a few regulars.
